Kathy Grant's essay in this course, "The Unjust Impact of Canada's Anti-Terrorism Act on an Accused's Right to Full Answer and Defence" won the Department of Justice/ Canadian Bar Association's National Law School Essay Competition in 2003". It was subsequently published in the Windsor Review of Legal and Social Issues.
