This Conference will mark the launch of the Annual Review of Insolvency Law, an annual publication that will offer timely articles by legal scholars and practitioners on personal and commercial insolvency law. The conference will draw together insolvency lawyers, trustees, legal scholars and judges to discuss current issues in Canadian and international insolvency law. The evening marks the inaugural event of the Canadian Insolvency Foundation, dedicated to research and policy development in Canadian insolvency law.
