The APLC is a student organization of the UBC Faculty of Law. It was founded in 1989 and strives to meet the growing need for comprehensive social and cultural awareness in today's legal and business environment.
Goals of the APLC include:
(1) informing members about the legal, business, and political issues in Pacific Rim countries; &
(2) providing legal and social forums in which students and lawyers with similar interests in the Pacific Rim can interact.
