Fun & FellowshipWhen it comes time to leave law school - a lot of lecture material will inevitably be forgotten. But what is not forgotten, what we can always look fondly upon are the friendships we made and the times we spent together having fun, struggling, and supporting each other in the rollercoaster we call law school. In addition to the various events and programs that the CLSA provides its members, one of the main priorities of the CLSA is to build a strong community together - and that means having fun and spending time together to get to know each other! Throughout the year, we hope to build this community by praying, serving, sharing, worshipping and fellowshipping together. This year, we plan to have a kickoff lunch to welcome new 1st year members and to catch up with standing members, as well as regular worship/prayer and sharing lunchtime meetings. In addition, we plan to have a Thanksgiving Dinner for those who can't make it home for Thanksgiving, and the rest of the club to relax and enjoy some good turkey dinner. An annual tradition is our year end 3 course celebration dinner at Steamworks Brewing Company, and a reunion social event in the summer. So come and join in on the fun and friendship! We'd love to get to know you better. =)
