This course is intended to introduce the basic principles that govern the law of real property in British Columbia and, by doing so, to lay the groundwork for further study in many other areas of law including Aboriginal law, environmental law, family law, intellectual property, municipal law, natural resources law, real estate transactions, and trusts.
