| Don Fleming is a Senior Lecturer in Law at the
School of Law, Faculty of Management and Technology, University of Canberra. He was
formerly a practising lawyer in private, public and community practice, and, in 1988-1990,
principal researcher for the National Legal Aid Advisory Committee. He has written two
reports and a number of papers and articles on developments in Australian legal aid, and
is the author of the entries on legal aid and legal representation in the Laws of
Australia series. His other main areas of interest are the legal profession, and
administrative law, in which he has recently written a chapter on developments under the
first Howard federal government. |
