Joana Kuras (Barrister and Solicitor) has been working
in the field of legal services since 1978--in community clinics, private practice and
legal aid administration. As Director of the community legal clinic system she is
responsible for the funding of 70 community-based legal clinics in Ontario, specialising
in poverty law.
