All papers presented at the conference have been prepared for print and the manuscript was sent to the printer's in the last week of November 1999.  Delegates and those who registered for the Saturday session should receive copies of the papers early in the new year.  A selection of papers has been prepared for print in the University of British Columbia Law Review and should be appearing sometime in February or March 2000.
