Course Description

Class Schedule (2011-2012): T, TH 2:00 p.m.-3:30 p.m.
This course is a required first year course and deals with Canada's constitutional framework, including the division of powers, the treatment and rights of Aboriginal Peoples, and the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
Evaluation is by way of two exams, one in December and one in April, as well as a Case Comment Assignment. See syllabus for more information.
